The location was really convenient. I was close to a tube station and multiple theatres. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was cozy, and the beds were comfortable.

My room felt quite small. A single room should still have adequate space. I received an email offering an upgrade to a larger room, yet even that was smaller than expected.. I can't imagine how small the standard single room must be. This impacted my experience.

Solid Stay Close to Everything

I found the breakfast very satisfying. The staff replenished the buffet consistently. I used the espresso coffee machine in my room. The coffee was strong and flavorful. The cleanliness was also very apparent throughout the hotel. I saw the staff cleaning often.

The room was very warm. It was challenging to control the temperature. The bathroom seemed like a sauna.

Wonderful Stay!

convenient machine nice touch cheerful staff

The location is fantastic. I walked to many attractions. The provided toiletries were a nice touch. I especially liked the body lotion! The staff was genuinely cheerful, and they assisted with directions quickly. I used the convenient Nespresso machine each morning.

The room felt a little dated. I noticed the phone sockets looked quite old.

a romantic getaway

The hotel was very clean with a great location. the family room was quite spacious for the four of us, a relief. i liked the convenience of dropping off our bags before check-in, a service much appreciated. the restaurant provided a delicious dining experience one evening. The food was amazing!!!

the gym was small, it lacked space to do strength exercises even with provided weights.

The rooms have comfortable beds, a huge plus for a restful night. each room features proper amenities like a nespresso machine and kettle. ample wardrobe space is available. Storage is never an issue.
